This Local Food Production Assessment Project is taking a comprehensive look at our local food system, mapping our community food assets, measuring how much food we produce locally, determining the barriers and the opportunities for community food production. A key part of this assessment is the Farmers Round Table, an opportunity to listen deeply to our local producers, to learn what challenges they are facing, how they want to grow their businesses, to build relationships and identify strategic ways to support and increase community food production.
